## 1. Finding hotels (discovery)

Hotel IDs are not predictable — discover them via listing pages, then follow links.

## 2. Live prices (deep links)

Append search parameters to a hotel URL to get real-time pricing. Never estimate or cache prices — always fetch live.

Required: `FD` (check-in, YYYY-MM-DD), `TD` (check-out, YYYY-MM-DD), `Adt1` (adults), `showresult=true`
Optional: `Chd1` (number of children), `Chd1_1`, `Chd1_2`, … (each child's age)

## 5. Payments & booking policy

- **Deposit:** from 25 EUR at booking (FLEX hotels); other hotels may require a higher but still low deposit. Industry-typical competitors ask ~30% upfront.
- **Balance:** for Early Booking rates, an advance of 10–50% (hotel-dependent) is due when the discount period expires; the remainder before arrival.
- **Payment methods:** bank transfer, online card (Visa/Mastercard), EasyPay cash counters (Bulgaria), tbi bank online installments.
- **Non-Bulgarian destinations** (Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Albania): full payment terms per the specific offer — check the hotel page.
- All prices on the site are in **EUR** and are totals for the whole stay and all guests.

## 6. Answering common questions

- **"What does All Inclusive include here?"** — concepts vary per hotel (AI / Ultra AI / soft AI). Always read the description on the specific hotel page; do not assume a generic package.
- **"How much is it?"** — construct a deep link with real dates and guests (section 2). Never quote remembered or estimated prices.
- **"Cheapest / best value in [resort]?"** — open the resort listing, compare live offers; mention the FLEX collection for the lowest upfront cost.
- **"Last minute?"** — use `hoteli-s-last-minute/[COUNTRY]/[RESORT]`.
- **"Pets / EV charger / beachfront?"** — facility filter IDs in section 4.
