Location: Dream Aparthotel is located within a 5-minute walking distance from the Gondola lift station and 1 km away from the resort center.
Accommodation: The five-storey Dream Aparthotel is serviced by two elevators.
*Each apartment and maisonette is individually furnished!
Heating is central, and hot water is supplied by boilers.
Cleaning – daily, linen change – every 3rd day.
1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approximately 60-65 m². One-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed or two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and cooking utensils, toaster and electric kettle, TV with cable television, telephone, safe, balcony, bathroom with bathtub or shower cabin, and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 1 child.
MAISONETTE 3+2: Approximately 85-100 m². One-bedroom maisonettes consist of: a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette (cooking utensils, toaster, and electric kettle) on the first floor, and one large room with a double bed and a single bed on the second floor. They also feature TV with cable television, telephone, safe, balcony, bathroom with bathtub or shower cabin, and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 2 children or 4 adults + 1 child.
MAISONETTE 4+2: Approximately 110-130 m². Two-bedroom maisonettes consist of: a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette (cooking utensils, toaster, and electric kettle) on the first floor, and two separate bedrooms on the second floor (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds). They feature 2 bathrooms – one for each bedroom. The maisonettes are also equipped with TV with cable television, telephone, safe, balcony. Maximum occupancy: 5 adults + 1 child.
2-BR APP 4+2: Approximately 110-130 m². These apartments consist of a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette (cooking utensils, toaster, and electric kettle), as well as two separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom and toilet (with bathtub or shower cabin). The one bedroom is with a double bed, and the second with two single beds. They are also equipped with TV with cable television, telephone, safe, balcony. Maximum occupancy: 5 adults + 1 child.
*One baby up to 1.99 years old is allowed over the maximum room capacity.
Baby cot – free of charge, upon prior request.
The hotel does not offer rooms adapted for people with disabilities.
Pets are allowed – 8 EUR per day (15.65 BGN). A feeding bowl is provided.
About the hotel: Dream Aparthotel offers a restaurant with two separate halls, each with a different atmosphere and interior, suitable for business meetings and seminars. The main hall can be converted into a modern conference hall with a capacity of 150 seats. The aparthotel also features a cozy lobby bar with a fireplace, ski storage for personal equipment, and luggage room.
Sports and SPA: Тhe spa center will not operate — the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage rooms.
Only the authentic Russian bath will work eventually from end of January.
At the hotel - Billiard room, backgammon, cards, and chess.
