Villa Side Sea View 2 Bedrooms - (~90 m2) consist of two bedrooms and a living room. Each bedroom has its own 32-inch or 43-inch TV and separate air conditioning. The living room has a 50-inch TV, fireplace and sofa, air conditioner, mini fridge, safe, telephone, coffee/tea set, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi, shower and 22-inch TV. They have a private veranda, a private pool with sun loungers and spectacular views of the adjacent forest. The maximum capacity is 4 adults.

The maximum capacity is 3 adults.

There are no suitable conditions for people with mobility difficulties.

Accommodation with pets up to 6 kg is allowed only in the villas.

About the hotel: Alia Palace has three restaurants - main, a la carte and bistro, offering Greek, international cuisine, dietary, vegetarian foods, lobby bar, bistro bar, pool bar (June-September). The hotel offers a total of 38 swimming pools (private for villas and junior suite), infinity pool with fresh water, internet corner (free of charge), Wi-Fi in the common areas (free of charge), mini-market, parking, room service (for a fee), 5-8 times a day shuttle bus to Pefkohori, to the beach and back (free of charge), fitness, live music 3 times a week.

From January 1, 2024, all hotels in Greece are required to introduce a new environmental protection fee, defined as a climate resilience fee. This fee was established pursuant to Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 and replaces the previous accommodation tax.
