Location: Park Hotel Oasis is located on the central shopping street of the town and 1 km away from the Ancient Nessebar and is one of the few hotels located on the first line. Park Hotel Oasis has a beautiful park with an area of 11 000 m².
Beach: 50 m from the south beach with direct access from the hotel. The entrance into the sea is smooth.
Accommodation: The hotel is on 4 floors and has 72 accommodation units - double rooms , family studios, standard suites and deluxe suites. Last renovated in 2015. Тhe hotel has an elevator.

DBL 2+1: Approximate area of 18 m². The rooms have two separate regular beds and one extra bed – an extendable sofa bed with a length of 1.50 m, , also have a balcony with sea view. All rooms are air-conditioned, have a TV with cable channels, hairdryer, WiFi, private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The flooring in all rooms is terracotta.
Maximum accommodation is 2 adults and 1 child.
FAMILY STUDIO 2+2: Approximate area of 50 m². There are two rooms which are not separated by a door. The bed in the first room is a double bed and in the other room there are 2 single beds. Comfortable for families with two children. All studios are air-conditioned, have a TV with cable channels, hairdryer, WiFi, private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The flooring in all rooms is terracotta.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
SUITE 2+2: Approximate size of 50 m². The suite consists of a living room and a bedroom separated by a door. It has a balcony with city view. The bed in the bedroom is double and the extra bed is an extendable sofa bed. All suits are air-conditioned, have a TV with cable channels, hairdryer, WiFi, private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The flooring in all rooms is terracotta.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
SUITE 2+2 DELUXE: Approximate area of 60 m². Consists of a living room and a bedroom, separated by a door. Deluxe suits have balconies overlooking the garden and the sea. The bed in the bedroom is double and the extra bed is an extendable sofa bed. All suits are air-conditioned and luxury furnished, have a TV with cable channels, hairdryer, WiFi, private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The flooring in all rooms is terracotta.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
*It`s allowed to accommodate one baby till 1,99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the room.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior request.
Pets up to 5 kg are allowed in the hotel (except dining areas) with an additional payment of BGN 15.00 per night.
The hotel is not suitable for disabled guests.
About the hotel: The hotel has a main restaurant and outdoor bar, next to the swimming pool. Park Hotel Oasis has a lovely park. Over 100 species of trees, flowers and rare plants grow here. At one end, right next to the children's playground, there is a wonderful view of the sea and the Old Town. At the other end is the summer terrace of the main restaurant, and across the pool.
Sports and Spa: There is an outdoor pool with a children's section and umbrellas and sun beds around it.

* All inclusive starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure.

Food and drinks:
Breakfast / 08:00 - 10:00 / - on buffet in main restaurant - variety of hot and cold dishes, egg specialities, variety of dairy products, cold meats and cheeses, selection of bakery products, cereals, fruit. Hot and cold drinks from a machine are available during the breakfast.
Lunch /12:00 - 14:00/ - on buffet in the main restaurant - a variety of hot and cold dishes, a variety of dairy products, seasonal fruits, a wide variety of dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisine with machine drinks included - water, juice, draft beer and wine, coffee, tea.
Dinner / 19:00 - 21:00 / - on buffet in the main restaurant - selection of fresh salads and soups, a wide variety of Bulgarian and international dishes, vegetarian and meat dishes, pasta, selection of bakery products, sweet buffet with a variety of desserts. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available during dinner.

Drinks /10:00 - 22:00/ - local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available throughout the day at the outdoor bar, 20 metres from the pool.
