Accommodation: Hotel Complex Zara impresses with the luxury and comfort of its 16 double standard rooms, 47 double deluxe rooms, 22 one-bedroom apartments, 3 studios and 1 two-bedroom maisonette. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and unforgettable stay and are furnished to the highest standard. All rooms in the hotel have a balcony.

DBI 2+1/2+2 /3+1: A pair of standard double rooms is suitable to accommodate two friendly families, four friends or a family with two grown-up children. All standard rooms are connected and share 1 entrance and 1 balcony. Approx. area of 20 m². One room has one double bed and a bathroom with bath, the other has twin beds and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have a WiFi. Each room has a balcony, flat-screen cable TV, refrigerator, safe (paid) and private bathroom with bath or shower and toiletries Maximum accommodation for 4 adults.
* Due to the design of the standard rooms, we recommend booking two standard rooms, suitable for accommodating four friends or a family with two children over the age of 12.
DBL 2+1/2+2 DELUXE: Approx. area of 35 m². The double deluxe rooms have one double or two single beds and a sofa bed. All rooms have a WiFi. Each room has a balcony, flat-screen cable TV, refrigerator, safe (paid) and private bathroom with bath or shower and toiletries. The balconies in some rooms are offering breathtaking views of the Pirin Mountains. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approx. area of 50 m². One-bedroom apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a sofa with two separate wings, each with a full mattress. All apartments have a WiFi. Each apartment has a balcony, flat-screen cable TV, refrigerator, safe (paid) and private bathroom with bath or shower and toiletries.The balconies in some of the apartments are offering breathtaking views of the Pirin Mountains. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door. Maximum accommodation is 2 adults with 2 children or 4 adults.
* Babies are not allowed over the maximum occupancy.

A baby cot is available upon prior request for a fee of 5 euro (9.78 BGN) per night.
Dogs up to 10 kg are allowed, with a prior request for a fee of 25 euro (48.89 BGN) per day.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people with disabilities. There is also a room suitable for people with disabilities on the first floor.
About the hotel: Hotel Complex Zara has a main restaurant and a garden to the restaurant, Lobby bar. Available for team building and corporate events is a conference room with a maximum capacity of 120 seats, equipped with daylight and black-out curtains, screen, projector, flip chart, sound system, wireless internet access and laptop. For the youngest guests, during the winter season there is a children's room, outdoor playground and children's section in the indoor heated pool are available during the winter season.
Sport and SPA: The relax centre of Hotel Complex Zara is equipped with an indoor heated swimming pool with children section, sauna, steam bath, treatment area, massage rooms, Turkish bath, relax area and fitness area.

Food:
Breakfast buffet /07:30 - 10:00 h/ - including seasonal fruit and a variety of cereals and hot snacks, coffee, tea, water.
Dinner buffet /18:30 - 21:00 h/ - The dinner is on buffet with traditional Bulgarian dishes and some International meals.
* No beverages are included during dinner.
* In case of a low occupancy with less than 20 guests at the hotel, breakfast and dinner are on a set menu.
* Dress code required during breakfast and dinner.
* All tourists with special food requirements are obliged to inform the hotel in advance. The hotel keeps the right to confirm or decline the possibility to provide the specific food requests.

OPTIONAL: New Year’s Eve dinner on 31.12:
There is an option for a New Year's dinner in the lobby bar hall (limited seats, if HB+NY Gala is chosen). (upon availability)
The seats in the main restaurant for the New Year's Eve are sold out.
Instead of a standard dinner on 31.12, guests will receive a free of charge festive brunch on 01.01.2026.
