Accommodation: Fully renovated in 2021. All of the rooms include a balcony overlooking the garden or the mountain. The hotel has standard studios, superior studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments.

The studio disposes of a double or two single beds, wardrobe, table with two chairs, LED TV with satellite channels, phone, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, bathroom with shower, toiletries and a balcony. Located entirely on the ground floor. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
STUDIO 2+1 SUPERIOR: Approx. 45 m². The studio superior disposes of a double or two single beds and 1 extendable sofa, wardrobe, table with two chairs, LED TV with satellite channels, phone, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, bathroom with shower, toiletries and a balcony. Located entirely on the ground floor. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approx. 75 m². Spacious apartment consisting of a bedroom with one big double bed or two single beds and 1 extendable sofa, a living room (separated by a door) wardrobe, table with two chairs, LED TV with satellite channels, phone, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, bathroom with shower, toiletries and a balcony. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
2-BR APP 4+2: Approx. 98 m². Huge apartment with two bedrooms and living room (separated with a door). In one bedroom there is a 1 big double bed and in the other - 2 single beds with 1 extendable sofa. In addition, there is a wardrobe, table with two chairs, LED TV with satellite channels, phone, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, 2 bathrooms with shower and bath, toiletries and a balcony. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults or 4 adults with 2 children.
* It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.
* Coffee/tea and bottled water set - first refill is complimentary (next refill is paid).

Baby cot is free of charge.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people with disabilities. The hotel disposes of one double room adapted to people with disabilities.
Pets are not allowed.
About the hotel: Hotel Parklands has a lobby bar (08:00-23:00),  and a main restaurant, which seats 65 people, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a pleasant atmosphere. At the hotel, you can rent ski equipment, snowboards, and children's sleds, as well as obtain a ski lift pass upon prior request. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi in all areas and the services of the 24-hour reception.
Sports and SPA: Guests have access to an indoor heated swimming pool with mineral water, with a size of 20m by 8m, and a temperature of 30 degrees, Jacuzzi with massage effect, fitness room with modern equipment, two saunas and a steam bath, contrast shower with ice bucket and a massage room.
