*It is allowed to accommodate one baby till 1.99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the room. In DBL 2+0 when accommodating a baby, no complaints are accepted regarding the comfort and convenience of the guests.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior request.
Pets up to 5 kg can be accommodated for an additional fee of BGN 30 per day.
The hotel and its adjacent infrastructure are suitable for people with disabilities.
About the hotel: The hotel has a main restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served to all guests. The restaurant has two adjoining rooms and a total capacity of about 450 seats. Restaurant Vitus is an a la carte restaurant and offers a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. It offers authentic Turkish cuisine and a daily lunch menu for up to 70 guests. The Viennese pastry shop, lobby bar and cigar bar are a must-stop for hotel guests. There is also a bar in the spa for guests' convenience. The Forest Night Bar offers a great and classy extension to the evening for all hotel guests with its seating capacity of 350. For business events there are conference rooms with different capacities: the multifunctional Sante Hall for up to 450 people, the Mini Sante Hall for up to 120 people and two more small air-conditioned rooms for up to 15 people. For children there is a children's playground and a games room.
Sports and SPA: The outdoor part of the spa includes a seasonal outdoor pool, a seasonal children's pool and a year-round mineral water hot tub.
