Location: Hotel Malyovitsa is a high-mountain year-round hotel, located at an altitude of over 1750 m, next to the Malyovitsa ski area and with a breathtaking view of the Malyovitsa peak. The hotel is located amidst the beautiful nature of Rila, only an hour and a half drive from Sofia.
Accommodation: The maximum bed capacity is 110 people - 27 spacious double rooms, 3 double economy rooms, 4 two-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments with living room.

Double economy room: Approximate area of 18 m². Double economy rooms have two single beds. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, mini bar, central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, Wi Fi, bathroom with shower, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and towels. This room type does not have a balcony.
Maximum occupancy of 2 adults.
Double Family Room: Approximate area of 35 m². The double family rooms have a comfortable bedroom or two single beds and a 140/180 cm extendable sofa bed. For the convenience of guests, the room has a flat screen TV, mini bar, central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, Wi Fi, bathroom with shower or shower curtain, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and towels. Only some of the rooms have balconies.
Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
Two bedroom apartment: Approximate area of 40 m². The two-bedroom apartments consist of two rooms, one with comfortable twin beds and a sitting area (extendable sofa bed) and the other with a double bed. The apartment has one bathroom with toilet, and the following amenities: flat screen TV (in each room), sofa with coffee table (extendable sofa bed), mini bar, central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, Wi Fi, bathroom with shower or shower screen, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and towels. The apartments do not have a terrace.
Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children.
Two bedroom apartment with a living room: Approximate area of 50 m². The two-bedroom apartments with living room consist of three rooms, one with comfortable twin beds, the second with a sitting area (with extendable sofa bed) and the third with a double bed. The apartment has one bathroom with toilet, and the following amenities: flat screen TV (in each room), sofa with coffee table (extendable sofa bed), mini bar, central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, Wi Fi, bathroom with shower or shower screen, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and towels. The apartments do not have a terrace.
Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children.
*It is allowed to accommodate one baby till 1,99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the room type.

Baby cot is available free of charge upon prior request.
Pets up to 10 kg are allowed, without access to the restaurant, for a one-time fee of BGN 40 (EUR 20.45) per stay.
The hotel and its adjacent infrastructure are not adapted for people with disabilities.
About the hotel: The Malyovitsa hotel restaurant offers only quality Bulgarian food, in keeping with the season and reflecting the mountain spirit of the area. In summer the restaurant also offers outdoor seating. The hotel has three conference rooms. The children's playground is located on the first floor.
Sport and spa: The wellness centre offers a thermal area - steam bath, dry Finnish sauna, sauna with RGB, herbal bath, infrared cabin, salt therapy, heated loungers, rasul bath, attraction showers and two jacuzzis overlooking the Malyovitsa peak.
