Empire Balneo and Spa Hotel offers a range of accommodation from standard and deluxe rooms to connected deluxe rooms and one- and two-bedroom apartments, including an executive two-bedroom apartment. The hotel has 249 rooms and apartments in 11 room types, with areas from 30 to 110 sq.m. Each room has a landline telephone with a directory.

Pools
Outdoor pools: a large swimming pool, an attraction pool and a recreational pool. Indoor pools: a large swimming pool, a Roman pool, a Turkish pool, a children’s pool and a jacuzzi.

Empire Balneo and Spa Hotel is a balneo and spa hotel with rooms and apartments from standard and deluxe categories to connected deluxe rooms and one- and two-bedroom apartments, including an executive apartment. Dining includes a main restaurant (300 seats), an à la carte restaurant (125 seats), a lobby bar (70 seats) and a Fresh bar (30 seats).

Sports and Activities
Fitness centre with an equipped gym; access is free for hotel guests. For children there is a children’s corner, a play room with games, children’s pools, and programmes with animators as well as regular children’s activities.

SPA and Wellness
SPA facilities include a salt room, steam baths, Turkish bath, Russian sauna, ice room, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, Kneipp path, ice bowl and adventure shower. The SPA centre is open 08:00–20:00. The package price includes access to the mineral pools, jacuzzi, saunas, steam baths, ice room, salt room, relaxation area and fitness centre. Massages and specialised therapies are offered and charged separately.

Pets
Small-breed dogs up to 4 kg are allowed and charged according to the hotel price list. Pets are not allowed in the food outlets, the SPA area, the children’s corner, the play room or the lawns adjoining the hotel. Owners are responsible for cleanliness, noise and any damage; extra cleaning is charged according to the hotel price list.

DBL 2+0/SGL
Calm, stylish and practical, the Standard Room at Empire Balneo and Spa Hotel is a comfortable choice for couples. Approximate area 30–40 sq.m. Bedding is a double bed 180/200 or two beds 130/190. Some standard rooms have a terrace and others do not. Amenities include coffee machine and kettle with daily coffee and tea, minibar, Wi-Fi, sitting area, LCD TV, work desk, air conditioning, safe and a bathroom with shower cabin. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults.

DBL 2+1 DELUXE/DBL 2+2 DELUXE/SGL DELUXE
The Deluxe Family Room is a spacious, elegant stay designed for a comfortable holiday with a child or an extra family member, with a terrace that adds a sense of calm. Approximate area 40–50 sq.m. Beds: double or two separate beds, plus extra sleeping space as sold. Terrace/balcony with furniture, coffee machine and kettle with daily coffee and tea, minibar, Wi-Fi, sitting area, LCD TV, work desk, air conditioning, safe, bathroom with bathtub and/or shower. 1-BR APP 2+2
The One Bedroom Apartment (and One Bedroom Family Apartment) offers a separate bedroom and living area for more privacy and comfort on a longer stay. Approximate area 70–80 sq.m. Bedroom with double bed 180/200; family layout also has extra sleeping space. Terrace with furniture, coffee machine and kettle, minibar, Wi-Fi, work desk, sitting area, LCD TV, safe, bathroom with bathtub and/or shower. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults (one-bedroom apartment) or 3 adults + 1 child (family apartment).

DBI 4+0
Connected Deluxe Rooms are two deluxe rooms joined by an interconnecting door — ideal for families who want to stay together without giving up personal space. Combined area approximately 80–90 sq.m. Beds: one double plus two separate beds. Two terraces with furniture, two bathrooms and two sanitary facilities, coffee machine and kettle, minibar, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, work desk and sitting area. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 child.

2-BR APP 4+0
The Two Bedroom Apartment is a bright, spacious home-from-home with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous living area — well suited to families or groups of friends. Approximate area 100–110 sq.m. Two bedrooms with double beds. Terrace with furniture, coffee machine and kettle, minibar, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, work desk, air conditioning. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults.

2-BR APP 4+0 EXECUTIVE
The Executive Apartment is the highest category of stay at Empire Balneo and Spa Hotel, combining space, elegant interiors and a premium feel. Approximate area 100–110 sq.m. Two separate bedrooms with double beds 180/200, spacious living area and two bathrooms. Terrace with furniture, coffee machine and kettle, minibar, Wi-Fi, sitting area, work desk and LCD TV. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults.

 

Check-in
Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out
Check-out is until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served as a buffet in the main restaurant EMPIRE from 07:30 to 10:00, with drinks included.

Lunch
Lunch is served à la carte in the Senate restaurant (11:30–23:30)(extra charge).

Dinner
Dinner on a half-board (HB) package is a buffet in the main restaurant EMPIRE (19:00–23:00) or, subject to limited seats and advance reservation, from the menu in the à la carte restaurant Senate (extra charge). Drinks are not included.

Drinks
Breakfast in the main restaurant includes drinks. Drinks at dinner are not included. The Senate restaurant offers a wine selection. The lobby bar and Fresh bar serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, hot drinks, desserts and pastry items.

Restaurants
Main restaurant EMPIRE: breakfast 07:30–10:00, dinner 19:00–23:00. À la carte restaurant Senate: 11:30–23:30.

Bars
Lobby bar 07:30–23:30. Fresh bar 10:00–18:30. Outdoor seasonal bar 10:00–18:30. Room service 08:00–22:00. Glassware is not allowed in the Fresh bar or in the SPA area.

The package price includes access to the mineral pools, jacuzzi, saunas, steam baths, ice room, salt room, relaxation area and fitness centre. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Notes
There are 13 charging stations for electric vehicles on the hotel grounds, one of which is a fast charger.

Services at Additional Charge
Additional SPA treatments are charged according to the hotel price list. Advance reservation is recommended. Cancellation without charge is possible up to 4 hours before the reserved time; later cancellation or no-show is charged at 100% of the treatment price to the room account. Laundry and ironing are paid according to the hotel price list; underwear and socks are not accepted. Each room has a stocked minibar; consumption is charged to the room account according to the current price list. The minibar is a cooler and is not intended for food that requires special temperature storage.
