Location: RIVERSIDE ANNEX is an additional building to the Riverside Boutique Hotel. The building is not connected to the Riverside Boutique Hotel and is located 10 m from the parking lot.
It is in close proximity to the town center and the old part of Bansko. The main ski lift is a 20-minute walk away (about 1.7 km).
Accommodation: The building was renovated in 2024. It has 4 floors and no elevator.
Heating is provided by air conditioners. There are 8 double rooms and 1 family room.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+0: All rooms have a balcony! Approximate area of about 20-25 sq. m. There are two separate beds that can be put together (a mattress topper can also be added). Each room has a TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, bathroom with shower and toiletries. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
*It is possible to accommodate one child up to 5.99 years old above the maximum capacity, but the child must sleep with their parents, so, no bed is provided. The child should be written in remark.
If it is a baby up to 1.99 years old, a cot can be provided upon prior request – free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.
The hotel has one room adapted for people with disabilities.
For RIVERSIDE ANNEX: No facilities are available. The building only has rooms for accommodation. Guests can use the services of the Riverside Boutique hotel. For the Riverside Boutique Hotel: it has a main restaurant with a capacity of 120 seats. Lobby bar with a capacity of 50 seats. Conference hall with a capacity of 50-60 seats. Parking, ski storage for personal equipment, wireless internet access, children's room. SPA center - indoor heated pool, steam bath, Finnish sauna, salt sauna and aromatic sauna, relaxation area, massages and therapies. Fitness center.

BO (bed only) at RIVERSIDE ANNEX, Bansko for the 2025/26 winter season includes:

Check-in time - after 15 h.
Check-out time - until 12 h.

*Christmas dinner on 25.12 in the restaurant of the Riverside Boutique hotel - Not mandatory, so optional. If you choose Christmas dinner, children up to 5.99 do not pay for Christmas dinner.
*New Year's Eve dinner on 31.12 at the Riverside Boutique hotel restaurant – mandatory, included (for adults and children 6-12.99). Children up to 5.99 pay 30 euros/58.67 BGN only if they will use a seat and menu.

*For fewer than 20 guests, breakfast and dinner are served à la carte.

*Christmas dinner on December 25 at the Riverside Boutique hotel restaurant – Not mandatory, so optional. If you choose Christmas dinner, children up to 5.99 do not pay for Christmas dinner.
On 25.12 there will be a standard dinner from half-board (HB).
*New Year's Eve dinner on 31.12 at the Riverside Boutique hotel restaurant – mandatory, included (adults and children 6-12.99). Children under 5.99 pay 30 euros/58.67 BGN only if they use a seat and menu.
On 31.12, standard half-board (HB) dinner is not offered and is not available!
