Accommodation: The hotel offers 39 comfortable accommodation units, including standard double, triple, and family rooms, deluxe double and family rooms, as well as panoramic and premium suites. Each room features a balcony and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Standard Double Room: (~ 15 m2). The room is equipped with a 32-inch TV, a minibar refrigerator, and a French-style double bed measuring 200×200 cm, which can be separated into two single beds if needed. The bathroom is functional and well-equipped with a hygienic shower, toiletries, a hairdryer, soft towels, bathrobes, and disposable slippers to ensure comfort during your stay. The room features a balcony with a seating area, offering a side view of Dospat Reservoir. Maximum occupancy: two adults.
Standard Triple Room: (~ 25 m2). The Standard Triple Room is equipped with a 32-inch TV, a minibar refrigerator, and a French-style double bed measuring 200×200 cm, which can be separated into two single beds if required, as well as an additional single bed, ensuring comfortable accommodation for three guests. The bathroom is fully equipped with a hygienic shower, toiletries, a hairdryer, soft towels, bathrobes, and disposable slippers, providing comfort throughout your stay. The room features a balcony with a seating area and a side view of Dospat Reservoir. Maximum occupancy: three adults.
Standard Family Room: (~ 32 m2). The Standard Family Room offers comfortable and practical space, ideal for families or small groups. The main room is furnished with a 32-inch TV, a minibar refrigerator, and a French-style double bed measuring 200×200 cm, which can be separated into two single beds if required. Adjacent to the main room, there is a separate smaller room equipped with two single beds, providing additional comfort and greater privacy for all guests. Deluxe Double Room with Sofa Bed: (~ 20 m2). This elegant and comfortable room offers ample space for the accommodation of two adults and one child or adult. It features a king-size bed with a 32 cm high-comfort mattress, as well as a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. The room has a terrace with a seating area with a view of Dospat Reservoir. Deluxe Family Room: (~32 m2). This elegant and comfortable room offers ample space for the accommodation of four guests. It consists of two separate bedrooms connected by an interconnecting door. The rooms have terraces with seating areas with a view of Dospat Reservoir, where you can peacefully enjoy a cup of coffee in the fresh air. Panoramic Apartment: (~50 m2). The Panoramic Apartment features a king-size bed and an additional single bed with 32 cm high-comfort mattresses, an elegant dressing table with a large mirror, and a 43-inch LED Smart TV. The living area includes a soft sofa with a chaise lounge, a table and desk, a second 43-inch LED Smart TV, and a discreetly placed minibar. Panoramic tilt-and-turn windows provide natural light and reveal stunning views from three terraces. The bathroom has a panoramic design and offers a shower, a whirlpool bathtub with a view, and an LED mirror with anti-fog function. Guests also have access to bathroom amenities, a hairdryer, towels, bathrobes, disposable slippers, a telephone, an electric kettle, and a capsule coffee machine. Maximum occupancy: four adults.
Premium Apartment: (50 ~ m2). Located on the top floor, the apartment consists of two separate rooms and offers space, privacy, and high-class comfort. The bedroom features a luxurious bed with a 32 cm mattress, a dressing table, and a 43″ Smart TV, while the living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge and a coffee table. Guests have access to a large panoramic terrace with a seating area, as well as two smaller terraces with beautiful views. Additional amenities include a minibar, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, hairdryer, bathrobes, and luxury towels. The bathroom is equipped with a WC with hygienic shower, high-quality toiletries, and an LED mirror with anti-fog function. Maximum occupancy: three adults.

About the Hotel: Hotel Merdjan features a restaurant with an indoor area for 100 guests and an outdoor terrace for 140 guests (during summer), serving traditional Rhodope dishes and carefully selected international specialties. The hotel also offers an outdoor children’s playground, green spaces with a volleyball court, a mini football goal, and a fishing pier.

Facilities include an indoor heated pool, a spa center, and a conference room. Parking is available for hotel guests, providing convenience and peace of mind.
