Accommodation: The hotel has 1 main building with 6 floors. The building has 3 elevators. The hotel is heated by gas and electricity - heating radiators and electric convectors and stoves. There are no air conditioning in the rooms. The last renovation of the hotel was in 2025.

The rooms are NOT renovated, located on lower floor, do not have a balcony, have 2 beds /twin/, an extendable armchair, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi, empty mini bar, bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathrobes and slippers for adults, toilet and hairdryer. The room's floor covering is a carpet. The rooms offer mountain view. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 1 child.

1-BR APP 2+1/ 2+2 NO BALCONY: Approx.area of 50 m². It consists of living and bedroom and there is a door between the rooms. The apartments are renovated and don`t have a balcony. There is 1 bed /double for 2 pax/ in the bedroom and 1 single bed + 1 extendable sofa with size 140/190 cm. in the living room. There is also telephone, TV, Wi-Fi, empty mini bar, bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathrobes and slippers for adults, toilet and hairdryer. The apartment's floor covering is a carpet. The apartments offer mountain view. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1/ 2+2 WITH BALCONY: Approx. area of 50 m². It consists of living and bedroom and there is a door between the rooms. The apartments are renovated and have a balcony. There is 1 bed /double for 2 pax/ in the bedroom and 1 regular bed + 1 sofa with size 140/190 cm. in the living room. There is also telephone, TV, Wi-Fi, empty mini bar, bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathrobes and slippers for adults, toilet and hairdryer. The apartment's floor covering is a carpet. There is a kettle and hot set up with free tea, coffee and water at arrival. This type of apartments offer mountain view. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

* Babies are included in the capacity of the room.
* Room cleaning - every day, towel change - 3 times per week, bed-clothes change- 2 times per week.
* The price of all rooms, except for the Economy Rooms, includes one time welcome set of tea, coffee, and water at arrival.

Baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request.
The hotel has 1 room adapted  for people with disabilities.
The hotel allows accommodation with pets, up to 5 kg, at additional charge 15 EUR/ a day. Accommodation is on the first floor.

Breakfast: 07:30 – 10:00 h. – on a buffet: a variety of hot and cold dishes, egg specialties, a variety of dairy products, sausages and cheeses, pastries, cereals, fruits, coffee, tea, water are included.
Dinner: 18:30 – 21:00 h. – on a buffet: selection of fresh salads and soups, rich variety of Bulgarian and international dishes, vegetarian and meat dishes, pasta, a selection of bakery products, sweet buffet with desserts. Drinks are NOT included.

Bars:
Lobby bar – 06:00-24:00
Sky bar – 18:00-02:00

* The breakfast and dinner are served at the Main restaurant and Ethno Restaurant and if no other arrangements are in place, guests can choose where to eat.

The New Year's dinner on 31.12.2025 will be on set menu and is NOT mandatory:
Guests who do not pay for a festive New Year's Eve dinner will receive a dinner from 18.00 to 20.00 on 31.12.2025.

Christmas Dinner Buffet is mandatory on 25.12.2025 – it is included in the price.
