Location: With its sunny fields and its majestic pine forests, Holiday Village Yagoda and Malina is particularly suitable for a family holiday. The village is situated approximately 2 km away from the resort’s centre and the ski lift.
Accommodation: In total there are 40 villas Yagoda and 28 villas Malina, which were lastly renovated in 2024. Heating during the winter months is by electric radiators and water heating is by individual boilers.
VILLA YAGODA 4+0: Approx. 48 m2. There are 2 rooms in each villa separated by a curtain, without a door between. In the first room there is a double bed and in the second 1 single bed and an extendible sofa. In villa amenities are a TV, phone, bathroom with shower, fridge, balcony and a kitchenette with microwave, electrical kettle, coffee machine, utensils. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
VILLA YAGODA 4+0 SUPERIOR: Approx. 48 m2. There are 2 rooms in each villa separated by a curtain, without a door between. In the first room there is a double bed and in the second bunk beds. In villa amenities are a TV, phone, bathroom with shower, fridge, balcony and a kitchenette 2 hot plates, electrical kettle, coffee machine, utensils. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
VILLA YAGODA 4+0 DELUXE WITH SAUNA: Approx. 48 m2. There are 2 rooms in each villa separated by a curtain, without a door between. In the first room there is a double bed and in the second 1 single bed and an extendable sofa. The villa has an individual sauna. In villa amenities are a TV, phone, bathroom with shower, fridge, balcony and a kitchenette with 2 hot plates, electrical kettle, coffee machine, utensils. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
VILLA MALINA 5+1: Approx. 68 m2. The villa is two floored. On the first floor there is sitting area with a single bed and an extendable sofa, kitchen corner and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in one room and two singles in the other. In villa amenities are a TV, phone, bathroom with shower, fridge, balcony and a kitchenette with 2 hot plates, electrical kettle, utensils. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
* It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.

The holiday village is suitable for accommodating people with disabilities.
Pet are allowed against a charge of 25BGN per day.
About the hotel: Villas Yagoda and Malina have a restaurant with a capacity of 90 seats. Guests staying in a villa without a sauna can use the sauna at reception. The guests of Villas Malina use the restaurant of Villas Yagoda.
Sports and Entertainment: Yagoda and Malina have equipped fields for volleyball, mini football, tennis and table tennis, children’s playgrounds and offers bicycles and rollers for rent for adults. At guests’ disposal there is a sauna at the reception, chess, backgammon and other kinds of board games.

Да, всички вили разполагат с кухненски бокс. Оборудването включва хладилник, електрическа кана, прибори и чинии. Във вили Малина, Ягода Супериор и Ягода Делукс има котлони, а в стандартната вила Ягода – микровълнова фурна.
