As a guest you will receive a complimentary refill of coffee, tea and water.

Pools: Guests enjoy complimentary use of the indoor bio swimming pool for adults and children, plus a salt-water pool as part of the spa and relax area.

Dining includes a main restaurant Le Bistro, Italian restaurant Leonardo and during winter Alpine restaurant Fondue. A ski wardrobe with boot heaters, a shuttle to the first lift station, a kids club for children aged 4 to 8 (09:00–21:00) and Wi-Fi complete the in-house picture. Studios and apartments add kitchenettes in most categories, so families can mix hotel breakfast with self-catering.

Sports and Activities: Winter days at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel Spa and Relax revolve around skiing in Bansko: a hotel shuttle takes guests to the first lift station, and a heated ski wardrobe is available on site. Additional one-way shuttle for extra cost goes directly to the ski slopes. Option for ski rental directly from the hotel.

1-BR APP 2+2 LUX: Approximate area 55 sq.m. Renovated Apartment Lux combines a bedroom and living room separated by a door with a double bed, folding sofa, bathtub or shower cabin, balcony, fireplace, safe, minibar and Wi-Fi. Occupancy 2+2 or 3+1 as sold.

1-BR APP 2+2 PLUS: Approximate area 55 sq.m. Apartment Standard Plus offers a bedroom and living room separated by a door, a double bed or two separate beds, a folding sofa, kitchenette, fireplace or dinning table, a bathtub, safe, minibar and Wi-Fi. Occupancy 2+2 or 3+1 as sold.

STUDIO 2+1: Approximate area 25 sq.m. Studio Standard rooms at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel Spa and Relax offer a double bed or two separate beds plus a folding armchair as an extra bed, a kitchenette, bathtub and WC, safe, minibar and Wi-Fi. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child (2+1).

STUDIO 2+1 LUX: Approximate area 25 sq.m. Renovated Studio Lux rooms feature a double bed or two separate beds, a folding armchair, bathtub or shower cabin,WC, safe, minibar and Wi-Fi. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child (2+1).

Dinner: Not included in the BB package. A half-board dinner supplement can be added for adults (12–99) and children (4–11.99), except on 25 December and 31 December, when festive dinners replace the ordinary evening meal. On those dates the festive programme cover applies instead of standard HB dinner. Dinner /19:30 - 22:00/ - on buffet - Bulgarian and international cuisine; salads, appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Restaurants: The hotel operates a main restaurant Le Bistro (used for the Christmas buffet gala and the mandatory New Year set-menu gala) and an Italian restaurant, which hosts an optional New Year set-menu gala with programme. Breakfast is included on BB; dinner is available as a half-board upgrade on other dates.

Christmas: On 25 December a Christmas festive dinner is served as a buffet with a festive programme. This gala is mandatory and is included in the package price by reservation-system construction. Ordinary half-board dinner is not served that evening.

New Year: On 31 December a New Year festive dinner is served as a set menu with a programme in the main restaurant. This gala is mandatory and is included in the package price by reservation-system construction; the standard HB dinner is not served that evening. Guests who prefer the Italian restaurant may choose an alternative New Year set-menu gala with programme there; that option is optional and payable on top, not the default included gala.

Free Services: Included in the winter BB stay: indoor bio pool for children and adults, salt-water pool, relax zone, sauna, steam rooms, jacuzzi, fitness, shuttle to the first ski-lift station in Bansko, ski wardrobe with heaters, kids club for children aged 4–8 from 09:00 to 21:00, and Wi-Fi. Free Services for Children: Children aged 4 to 8 may use the kids club from 09:00 to 21:00. The indoor bio pool is available to children as well as adults. Infants 0–3.99 years receive a 100% BB discount under the contracted child policy when sharing with paying adults as specified per room type.
