Accommodation: The hotel is built in 2018 and has a total of 127 rooms: spacious and luxuriously furnished 80 rooms and 42 boutique apartments at Marina Sands guarantee comfort and a pleasant stay. The hotel consists of two six-story buildings and is serviced by a total of 3 elevators.

The room dispose of one double and 1 sofa bed or 1 pull-out bed. The extra bed is not suitable for a large adult (70/190). Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
TRP 3+0: Approx. area of 34 m². The rooms have individual air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, mini - fridge, kettle for heating water, safe, separate bathroom with hairdryer, shower and a balcony. The room has three single beds. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
FAM APP 2+2: Approx. area of 55 m². The apartment has one bedroom and a living room (separated by a door), individual air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, mini - fridge, separate bathroom with hairdryer, shower cabin and balcony with pool view.  Consists of one double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
FAM APP 2+2 SEA SIDE: Approx. area of 55 m². The apartment has one bedroom and a living room (separated with a door), individual air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, mini - fridge, separate bathroom with hairdryer, shower cabin and balcony with sea side view. Consists of one double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
FAM APP 4+1: Approx. area of 65 m². The apartment has only one bedroom and a separate living room (separated with a door), individual air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, telephone, mini - fridge, separate bathroom with hairdryer, shower cabin and balcony with pool view. Consists of one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. Accommodation of the 5th person is on an extra bed - sofa bed or pull-out bed (both types of 70/190). Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 1 child.
FAM APP 4+1 SEA SIDE: Approx. area of 65 m². The apartment has only one bedroom and a separate living room (separated with a door), individual air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, telephone, mini - fridge, separate bathroom with hairdryer, shower cabin and balcony with sea side view. Consists of one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. Accommodation of the 5th person is on an extra bed - sofa bed or pull-out bed (both types of 70/190). Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 1 child.
* It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the rooms.

Baby cot is provided for a fee of 10 BGN per day, upon prior request.
